24 Weeks!!!

Time keeps passing by....I am right now 24 weeks and 4 days pregnant so just a little over 100 days or 15 weeks and Brayden will be here!! That is so hard to believe. Nick and I were talking the other day about how fast this pregnancy has went by. It seems like we have so much left to do but really we don't. Nick and I have been doing a little here and there and I am waiting till he is on day shift in a couple of weeks to finish up on his room and then I will post pictures! It is already so cute!! I will give you a sneak peak of the bedding we got Brayden.

I will definitely post more pictures once we get things almost complete. We are refraining from buying much until after our showers but of course it is hard. I cannot go into a store without looking at the baby section. :) We are making a trip to Nashville soon so I will probably purchase a few things there. Nick and I have went and registered and it was so exciting. Each thing we do gets us more and more anxious and excited for our little man's arrival.

Brayden is still VERY active and still makes me smile each time I feel him. I also almost pee my pants sometimes because he loves to kick my bladder! :) I love to sit and watch him move around in my belly. Nick thinks it is amazing. My mom actually got to feel him move the other day while I was in. He was really kicking hard. We went and seen the musical "Grease" and I guess he really liked the music. He kept kicking around the entire time. :) I still feel really good. Not much has changed. There have been a couple of days this week where I wake up in the middle of the night and I feel pretty nauseous and I have noticed that I am really starting to get heartburn. A couple of weeks ago I would notice it when I laid down at night but today I have suffered with it since lunch. I ate lunch and have been dealing with it ever since. Maybe this means he will come out with a head full of hair.....hey that is what they say! :)

Okay well here are my 24 week photos! You can definitely see the difference since last week ( or at least I can) I feel like I popped overnight. Here they are....

And finally here is the view that I see when I look down......this was taken today.....Nick was right. I have no idea where my feet went! (or my belly button for that matter) :) Take a look....

Mr. Brayden is DEFINITELY growing and I am proof! :) I go back to the doctor next Thursday so I will have another update then. I am anxious to see how much weight I have gained and how much I measure. I also get to drink the yummy drink for my glucose test so pray that every thing turns out okay and I do not have to go back for the 3 hour test!! 23 Weeks!!!

23 weeks already...where has the time gone? It seems like yesterday I was feeling his first little movement and I was thinking back and when I first felt a kick was at 16 weeks. That seems like yesterday and here we are almost to the end of July!

Baby Brayden is growing more every week and you can see the difference in me. I was talking to a random girl in Target the other day and she was telling me that she just had a little boy in February and she was telling me how much she hated being pregnant. I could not believe it. I LOVE being pregnant and knowing that there is this little miracle is growing inside me. I told Nick the other day that I cannot wait for Brayden to get here, but I will miss being pregnant. I am so blessed to have had a good pregnancy so far and I pray that God continues to watch over me and this little guy.

I went to visit my mom this past weekend and of course we went shopping. She bought him his first pair of Nike's! They are adorable!!

She has also been buying things here and there for him. Here are a couple of outfits that she got for him....

Mike, my step dad, also had to buy one for Brayden.


While I was shopping with my mom we got Brayden all kinds of UK gear! It is adorable and his daddy (who is not a UK fan) even thought it was adorable. Check out his new gear....

I went to eat with my dad while I was in and he got Brayden a UK onesie as well.....

He will be all decked out for basketball season this year. :)

I also found this cute little overnight bag for when we stays overnight, if I ever give him up for the night :) I just had to get it!

My mother in law bought Brayden a cute little camo gown that his daddy fell in love with. It is very cute as well.....



While I was home my mom took my 23 week photos, so here they are......


We are both definitely growing. I am still feeling really good. I am starting to have a lot of foot cramps and charley horses in my calf muscles. Getting woke up in the middle of the night by one of those are loads of fun! :)

Nick was off Monday and Tuesday of this week and I think that he was itching to start putting some things together. He started with the stroller and car seat. My dad got this for us as an early baby gift. Here is what it looks like.....

The next night he put together the bassinet. I think that it looks really cute!


My mom bought us the pack n play that we wanted, but he has not put that together yet. He cracks me up because he is so excited to get everything put together. I would not have it any other way. Here is the picture of the pack n play that we got.


This weekend my mom and I also painted the letters that we will hang on his wall. I also got his baby bedding in and it is absolutely adorable!! It is even cuter than in the pictures on the website and even more cuter than what I expected. When we get the room in order I will be sure to post pictures!! :)

It is hard to believe that I am almost 6 months pregnant. I definitely think that I have grown in the past week. I was reading that everything is formed and now Brayden will begin to pack on the pounds. According to one thing that I read, he should at least weight a pound now. :) Still so very tiny!

While my belly gets bigger, Nick makes all these cute little comments about it all the time. He thinks that my belly is cute and he tells me that I am even more beautiful now that I am carrying our baby. I thought that was so sweet and I told him that he needs to just keep telling me that. :)

22 Weeks!!!

Here I am at 22 weeks and I swear that I can tell the difference week to week now on how big I am getting and it is all baby! :) I have had a pretty good week. I have been so tired and having some back pain, but other than that I cannot complain. It has been a quiet week. Nick has been in Kansas all this week. I sure miss him when he is gone. Most people say, I would love for my husband to be gone for a week. I never feel that way. I miss him like crazy and he sure helps me out around here. So this week that he has been gone, I have done it all myself. I cannot wait to see him when he gets home. It is so sweet. Nick calls me every chance he gets and every time we talk he always asks how I am doing and he never forgets to ask about Brayden, a.k.a his "little man." I think that is the most precious thing in the world. Nick is going to be an awesome daddy and I cannot wait till we meet our little guy.

Anyway, Nick took some photos last Saturday when I was exactly 22 weeks. I feel that I have got bigger as this week has went on. :) I love it. Here are my 22 week photos:

Brayden is definitely growing and so am I! This week he had the hiccups for the first time. At first I was not sure if that is what it was but then I just laid there in bed and realized that is what it was. It was the sweetest thing. It is so amazing that I have this little miracle growing inside me. God is so good and I am so blessed!

I ordered Braydens bedding and of course all of the coordinating accessories that go with it so as soon as Nick and I get it set up we will start taking pictures!

21 Weeks!!!

Sorry this post is a little late this week. I started out this week feeling really good then midweek another migraine hit and I did not feel good the rest of the week. Other than the migraines I have felt really good! Those things really get you down. I did not do a thing Wednesday or Thursday. Thankfully, I have a wonderful husband who helps me out so much and I feel like I do not give him enough credit for all of the things that he does for me. I really appreciate everything he has helped me with. :) I really have a good one!!

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July although it rained most of the day. We had a great time in Illinois. It finally stopped raining long enough for us to play some outdoor games and the rain held off long enough for us to get the fireworks in. While we were in IL we decided to take my 21 week photos, so here they are.....




Brayden has been very active at the beginning of this week and then seem to calm down during the middle of the week and then Thursday and Friday he has been WILD. :) I love to feel him moving. His movements are definitely getting stronger and will continue to do so as the weeks go by.

Last Sunday, Nick and I went to register for Brayden. We had so much fun. Nick is worse than I am. When he finds something for Brayden he has to get it. He had to have this little outfit. He said that he wants to take him home in it, but I told Nick that it might be to big on him. It is 0-3 months so we will just have to wait and see. Here is the little outfit that he had to have....




Check out the back of the hoodie. It says "little linebacker" It is so cute!




They did not have the shoes to match at the time, but when I went back a couple of days later I found the shoes and socks to match. Of course I had to get them. Nick has not even seen them yet so he will be surprised. Here they are.....



Here is another outfit that we picked up. Nick had to throw in the little monkey booties to match! I love this outfit!! :)



I am itching to order his bedding so I will probably order it this weekend and I will post some pictures as soon as we get everything set up. I cannot wait!! Time keeps flying by. I cannot believe that I am already 5 1/2 months pregnant!! Before we know it, the months will pass and Brayden will be here! :)

20 Weeks and Our BIG Annoucement!!!

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!

And we could not be more thrilled!!!! Here is the proof.....
Nick and I had our ultrasound yesterday and I was going to post yesterday but we spent the entire day together and went and bought our first few baby boy outfits! Nick and I are both so excited to be having a little baby boy!! Baby Lynch now has a name.....

Brayden Hunter Lynch!

Baby Brayden is a very active little baby! The tech even told me that I was going to have my hands full. She was trying to take the pictures that she needed and everytime she got him where she wanted him, he would move! :) Here are some more photos that she took of him yesterday.



These photos of are his sweet little profile. In this one he has his little hand by his face. That is where he has his hands in all of his pictures! Too sweet!
The quality on the next two are not as good because I had to scan them in. This one is of his head and spine and the next one is his little tiny hand and fingers!

The next ones are AMAZING! At the beginning of the ultrasound she checked to see if all his little organs were formed. She showed us his bladder, stomach, heart, brain, etc. It is so amazing what they can do with the ultrasounds. We seen the baby yawn and stick his little tongue out. It was the sweetest thing. The tech told us that he weighs about 13 ounces and it is amazing that you can see his facial features and his little hands. He was moving around so much it was taking her forever to get the pictures she needed. Finally he corporated! The tech said that everything looked wonderful. Here are the pictures of our sweet little boy!! He has his sweet little hands always up around his face....

We are already so in love with our son. I think Brayden already looks like his daddy. :) It seems so unreal that I am already 5 months pregnant!! Time has been flying by!!


After the ultrasound we went to see the doctor. My blood pressure was great and my weight was perfect. She also listened to the heartbeat again and measured me and everything was right on target. I am so thankful that everything looked wonderful for little Brayden and myself. I thank God for this blessing and it is just getting started!

At my next visit I get to drink the "yummy" drink for my glucose test in a little over a month and then get my blood taken. Sounds like loads of fun.....but it is all worth it for our little Brayden.

After we left the doctor, Nick and I couldn't wait to go look at little boy clothes! I thought that I would be the one spending all the money, but boy was I wrong. Nick was putting things in the basket left and right and after we got home we were going though everything and I was like where did that come from? I had no idea he picked up some of the things he did. :) I love it! Brayden already has daddy wrapped around his finger. Nick is already so proud that he is having a son. It makes me smile from ear to ear just thinking about it! :) Anyway, Nick couldn't wait to take pictures of some of the things we got and he wanted me to post them on my blog. We got a lot of great deals and most of the things were on clearance, which was perfect!! Here are some of the little outfits that we got Brayden.

This is a little camo outfit that my mom got for Brayden because Nick cannot live without his camo and Brayden must have a couple of outfits too.

We are going to do his room in Monkeys and I found the cutest bedding that I cannot wait to get! We found this cute little blanket and my mom found the monkey that looks exactly what is on his bedding. I think it is super cute! Brayden will be my "little monkey."

Finally here are my 20 weeks photos that we took before we went to the doctor. I cannot believe I am already almost 21 weeks!!
