Nick and Amy plus TWO!: Olivia is 4 months old!!!

I cannot believe my little girl is 4 months old already. It seems like she was born yesterday! Man how times flies! She is such a happy little baby and she is so much fun to play with!

Here is my sweet baby Olivia at 4 months old!!

Now here is what she has been up to this month!

*She went to the doctors for her 4 month well check on February 5th. She weighs 15 pounds 4 1/2 ounces and is 26 inches long!! The doctor said that she was perfect and is an over achiever in her development! That's my girl! :)

*She hated her shots of course and cried and screamed and cried some more. Broke my heart! Thankfully she never ran fever at all and was not even fussy. She just slept most of the day and night and most of the next day!

*She is wearing size 2 diapers

* She is wearing 3 month and some 3-6 month clothing, 3-6 month sleepers and even some 6 month sleepers because she is so long!

*She is still not eating a lot through the day but the doctor was not worried and she is putting on the weight so she must not be a big eater. She is eating 4-5 oz bottles every 4 hours or so. I will fix her 5 ounces and 9 times out of 10 she will only eat 4 ounces of it.

*About a week before her appointment the doctor wanted me to try her on rice cereal once or twice. Well we did and she hated it unlike her big brother. Brayden loved it when he was her age.

*She is sleeping 9+ hours a night. There are times that she will still wake up once but she eats and goes right back to sleep. For the most part she will sleep from 10-7 and will eat and usually go back to sleep so if I am lucky and Brayden is still asleep we can sleep another hour or so.

*She naps once in the morning, once mid day, and then another nap in the late afternoon. She loves her naps but it has to be dark and if it isn't she will turn and try and hide her eyes. Such a little diva! :)

*She laughed out loud for the first time on December 27! It was one of the best sounds ever. She has the cutest little laugh!

*She is definitely a mommy's girl! She will let others hold her but she always has her eyes on her momma! I can walk up to go and her her and she will squeal and waves and kicks her little arms and legs. Daddy sometimes has a hard time feeding her because she is constantly watching me or she will actually quit eating but I can take her and feed her and I have no trouble at all. Definitely a mommy's girl!

* She loves to play!! She will now actually take her toys and play with them. She does a really good job grasping her toys and rattles. She also loves to lay on her mat and reach for the toys above her. Brayden loved to play but I definitely think she is more active at this age than he was.

*She is constantly rolling over!! She rolled over for the first time from her back to her belly on January 7th. She has rolled over from her belly to her back one time but I think it was a fluke because she has yet to do it again. When she rolls over on her belly she does push up a little with her arms. She holds her head up great while on her belly.

She rolled over so much that she fell asleep mid roll. She wore herself out!

*She loves her bumbo. She always wants to be sitting up where she can see everything that is going on around her! If she is laying down in her swing she will actually raise her head like she wants to get up.

*She is always playing with her hands and fingers! Now she has discovered she has feet!

*She is constantly smiling! This little girl smiles all the time!

*She still does not want anything to do with a paci. She would rather have her hands and fingers in her mouth than a paci.

*She loves to watch her brother and see what he is up to. Any time he goes up to her she will get the biggest smile on her face. She loves for her bubby to play with her and he loves it just as much!

*She loves colors. She loves to watch the television because of all the colors are fascinating to her. She will actually squeal in delight! So cute!

*She has really discovered her voice! She loves to talk and squeal and she loves to listen to herself!

*She is starting to bear some weights on her legs.

* She loves to be sung to. I sing to her and her Pappaw Mikey sings to her and she loves it. If she is fussy and I sing to her she will quieten down and listen as soon as you stop singing she starts again.

*She loves to play peek a boo!

She is such a happy, laid back baby. I cannot get enough of her! She makes me giggle when I look at her and she shoots me her adorable toothless grin!! All I have to do is look at her and smile and she gets so excited!! I could just eat her up with a spoon!
