Happy Birthday Brayden!

I know this is posted a little late and it is posted out of order but I have had this written out for a while and I wanted to be sure to post it so he can read it later.

Dear Brayden,

How can it be?? Three years with you, my sweet little boy!! I cannot believe it has already been three years since you were placed in my arms.

In these past three years you have filled my life with so much happiness, more than you can even imagine.

You are my life, my heart, my purpose in life. I have felt you inside me and then I held you as a tiny little baby and now I am watching you learn and grow and it is absolutely amazing!

I am so proud of you.  You are so smart, loving, caring, sweet and so very tenderhearted.  You have the best personality and you have a smile that will light up a room!! I love to sit back and just watch you and I love our converstations we have together now.  You are so funny and are constantly making me laugh!! You are so sensitive, just like me.  You are so happy and have no worries at all.

You bring me so much joy and nothing is sweeter than my time with you.  I grow deeper in love with you each and every day and I feel so blessed to be your mommy.  I want to soak up each and every second with you!  I do not know what I would do without my sweet little boy!

The day I met you my dreams came true.  On November 3, 2009 you gave me a feeling I never knew existed and you changed my life forever.   I cannot stand that you are growing up on me but you are now a little boy, but you will always be my baby.  I love you more than you could ever dream!

Watching you grow is amazing and I am suppose to be the one teaching you but in all reality you teach me so much about myself.  I want to be the best mommy in the world to you and your sister.  I want to give you the world and give you the best that life has to offer.

Happy Birthday Baby Boy!!  I love you to the moon and back!

Love you always,

Your mommy!

Olivia is 2 months old!!!

I cannot believe another month has come and gone!  My sweet little girl is now 2 months old!!  Time seems to fly by!  I have to say that I have major attachment issues with her. I am so attached to her!  I hardly ever put her down.  Brayden and I play with her all day long!  She is definitely not spoiled one bit!

Here is my sweet baby girl at 2 months!!!

Here are her 2 month stats:

* She had her 2 month well check at 10 weeks and 3 days.  She weighs 12 lbs 6 oz and 23 1/2 inches long!  She is a healthy, happy, growing baby girl!

*She is wearing 0-3 month clothing but some of her little pants are still way too big!

*She is wearing size 1 diapers

*She coos, gurgles, and smiles all the time!

*She had her first Halloween!

* She does such a good job following objects or us when we walk by.  We put up our Christmas decorations and I will hold her up by the tree and she will just look at the lights.  She seems to love all the pretty lights.

One of her favorite things to do is lay on her changing table and stare at the light coming through the blinds.  She will lay there and just talk her little heart out!

She was focusing on our ceiling fan.  She was amazed and would not quit staring at it.

*She is still lifting her head really well and she is getting better and better with head control.

* She loves her brother already and he loves her right back!  She will just watch him as he plays around her and when he plays with her or holds her hand she will smile at him. Melts my heart.

Playing with sissy

My babies decked out in their UK!
And I had to share this photo.  This one cracks me up! Brayden is laughing so hard and poor Miss Olivia was not having it, bless her heart! She wanted no part of pictures!

And for those of you who know Brayden this is HUGE!! He let his sister have his key-key's....aka monkeys.  NO ONE gets his monkeys.  They are his buddies but he wanted sissy to have them this night to sleep with.  He is such a sweet little guy and he is the best big brother to Olivia!

She was over the pictures! I think she hated the flash on my camera.  :)

*She LOVES to be talked to.

* She has started holding on and grasping onto my clothes when I feed her.

*She loves to eat and will eat around 3 ounces sometimes a little more.

*She absolutely loves her bath time.  Who would have thought after her first couple of baths where she screamed and cried but now she loves it and I think she would lay there all day long if I would let her.

*She is sleeping really well and this month she actually slept 8 full hours on 11/26.  Now that does not happen all the time but 9 times out of 10 she will only wake up once to eat and that is usually at 5 or 6 and she will eat and go back to sleep until about 8 or 8:30.  She is a good little sleeper. I just hope it continues!

*She loves to lay in the floor on her play mat and play.  She will kick her little legs and wave her arms trying to get at those toys.

*Olivia wore her first clip in hair bow.  I thought it looked precious on her.

I guess that is all for her 2 month update! I will leave you with some more pictures from her 2 month!

Spike is back!

The day after Thanksgiving Spike arrived at our house!  The doorbell rang and Brayden ran to the
door to see who it was.  To his surpise it was a package for him!! He was so excited.

He grabbed it right up, shut the door and started tearing it open! :)

He was so excited to see his elf on the shelf, Spike was back!! Last year was our first year with Spike but this year he really notices everything Spike does!  Next year, I am sure Santa will send one to watch over Miss Olivia as well.

He immediately started looking at his book!  He was so excited!

I love this picture of Brayden with Spike in his lap.  It is so cute!

The first night Spike got into Brayden's matchbox cars and had a blast playing with all his cars!
The next night Spike was playing with the alphabet blocks and had to leave his mark.  He spelled out his name with the blocks.

The next morning we caught Spike riding the reindeer! Brayden got a kick out of him!

Since then he has been found hanging upside down....

 Trying out the dump truck....
Hanging around on the button tree....
 Riding the choo choo train....
Even way up high on the star of the Christmas tree.

And then we found him hanging out in the recliner watching Christmas movies.
And then one morning we caught spike red handed with a marker in his hand.  He had drew all over Brayden's picture.  Brayden thought that it was so funny!

Then we caught him just hanging out on some of our Christmas decorations

And then we caught Spike trying to blame it on Brayden.  We found him one morning where he spelled out "Brayden did it"  with M&M's.  LOL

Spike hasn't been too mischevous yet but I am sure he will.  Brayden can't wait to see what his does next!
