Nick and Amy plus TWO!: Brayden is 3 years old!!!

WOW! I cannot believe my baby boy is now THREE YEARS OLD!! It seems like just yesterday he was learning to walk and now he is full of energy and full of life!

Where do I even begin! Brayden is doing everything these days and is learning more and more each day!

Here is just some of the things he has been doing in the past year!

*He had his 3 year well check on November 20th! He weighs 30 lbs and is 36 1/4 inches tall!! He is a happy, healthy 3 year old!! He did not have to get any shots this visit but he was still scared to death of the doctors office.

* He is so funny and I love to have a conversation with him and hear everything he has to say. He cracks me up with his stories and the way he tells them. He is so dramatic.

*He talks all the time and repeats everything!

*He can sing his ABCS!

*He has a book of 100 animals and he loves this book. This has probably been his favorite book this past year. He has been able to tell you at least 90 of the 100 animals in that book. Pretty impressive!

* He can count to 20 all on his own! We are now working to count to 30.

*He knows all his colors and shapes. He has known these for almost the past year.

*He loves for you to read to him. If we didn't cut him off at bedtime I think he would let you read to him all night!

*He now will read to us! There is a couple of stories in his Thomas book that he will read to us. Check it out.

*He loves his new baby sister!! He loves to help me with her and he loves to love on her!! I am so blessed!

*He loves to love on you and he loves to cuddle and that makes this momma happy!! I love my time with him where he just climbs up on me and wants to cuddle with me. He is such a sweet little thing!

*He is an independent little boy and loves to figure things out on his own but he knows you are always there to help or fix it. It something doesn't work just right for him he will say "It's okay, Mommy fix it" :)

*He loves to sing and dance! One of my favorite videos I got of him this past year was of him dancing to Gangnam Style on DWTS.

*He loves sports especially baseball and basketball! Hopefully he will want to play sports when he gets older!

* We moved him into a big boy bed back in May/June and he did great!! He loves his big boy bed and he sleeps great in it. We have never had a problem with him sleeping and we still do not to this day. He has always been a great sleeper. He goes to bed around 8 or 8:30 and he doesn't get up until about 8 the next morning. Sometimes it is even as late as 10!

* He loves to laugh and he loves to make you laugh. He gets the biggest kick out of making people laugh. I just love this little boy!!

*He is a pretty picky eater. He does eat but it is the same things. He does not like meat but he loves chicken, spaghetti o's, carrots, potatoes, granola bars, yogurt, peanut butter and crackers, applesauce, etc. He eats pretty good but it is the same things over and over. He doesn't like to try new things. Hopefully that will change in the next year.

*He loves to be outside and would play outside all day long if we would let him. This summer was so hot and with me being pregnant we were not able to spend as much time outside as we would like.

I wanted to add this to his yearly blog each year so I can keep up with what his interests were from year to year.

FAVORITE THING TO TAKE TO BED-His monkeys along with his choo choo trains.... ALL OF THEM! :)

FAVORITE DRINK- Orange Juice

FAVORITE PLACE TO GO- Mammie's

FAVORITE THING TO DO-You love to dance and one of your favorite things to do right now is dance with mommy! :) You also absolutely love to help mommy cook!
