Nick and Amy plus TWO!: Olivia is 1 month old!!!

I cannot believe that my sweet baby girl is already 1 month old!! It does not seem possible. I feels like it was just yesterday that we were heading to the hospital to have this sweet little bundle! I am so blessed to be a mommy to Brayden and Olivia. I could not ask for two better kids. They really are such a blessing!

Here is my sweet baby girl at 1 month!

Everyone says that she looks just like her big brother and I have to agree, you can definitely tell that they are brother and sister. I also get told that she favors her mommy!! I have to agree on that as well. She looks a lot like I did when I was a baby.

Here are her ONE month stats:

*We took her in for her two week check up and she weighed 7 lbs 4 oz which is almost back to her birth weight. I am anxious to see what she weighs in December when we go for her 2 month visit!

*She is in newborn clothes and newborn diapers. I have tried to put 0-3 months on her and everything swallows her!

*We got her first smile at exactly 1 month!! She looked at me while I was talking to her and she just grinned so big!

*She is not a huge fan of her paci. I am wondering if this will change or if she will be one of those babies that just goes without it. We shall see.

*She is eating anywhere between 2 and 2 1/2 ounces.

*Sleeps like a champ!! She will get up only 2 times a night and at that it is anywhere from 3-4 hours apart.

*She is such a good baby. She only cries when she is hungry or right after she has a dirty diaper or after her first bath!! She hated it!

*She is very alert and is starting to notice things and focuses on objects that you put in front of her.

* We have found out that Miss Olivia HATES the hiccups....But who doesn't right!! She cannot stand them!

*She holds her head up great! She has been doing this since about 2 weeks. When we would hold her up on our shoulder she would raise her head and try and look around. She thinks she is bigger than what she really is. :)

*She loves to be held and cuddled and this mommy doesn't mind that one bit!! My favorite part of the night is cuddling up with her and watching television after everyone is in bed!

*She had her first bath and she hated it!!

Nothing melts my heart more than to see my two babies together. I pray that they will just keep getting closer as the years go by and that they will be the best of friends.
